Nut Roll Dough:
2 pkgs, dry yeast
½ c. warm water
1 c. margarine
5 c. flour
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
½ c. sugar
1 c. warm milk

Nut Roll Filling:
6 c. crushed nuts
1¼ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ c. margarine (melted)
⅓-½ c. milk
⅛ c. honey
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Nut Roll Dough:
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Crumble margarine with flour.
Add eggs.
Dissolve salt and sugar in warm milk.
Add to flour mixture. Add yeast mixture.
Knead and pat until dough is smooth and easy to work with.
(May have to add 1 cup or more flour, until dough is not sticky.)
