2 sm. boxes cherry jello
2 c. fresh cranberries
½ of tiny small can orange juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. Ground apples
Nuts if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the jello with 2 cups hot water. Grind cranberries and apples in food processor. Mix with sugar. Add orange juice, crushed pineapple, chopped celery, and nuts if desired. Add to jello. Put in square pan and refrigerate until firm.

This is the cranberry salad that Grandma Dotson served at every Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is a little tart but refreshing.
