One cup sugar
2/3 cups pumpkin
3/4 Cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
FILLING
One 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine (1/2 stick)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla,
One cup 10 X sugar

Beat eggs and sugar, ad next for ingredients. Pour into greased 10 x 15 jelly roll pan. Bake 375 for 15 minutes or until done. Turn out onto dishtowel sprinkled with lots of 10 X sugar. And roll up length wise. Let cool completely. Mix filling ingredients and spread on the cake. Roll up again, wrapped in wax paper and tinfoil and freeze. Cut while frozen Will defrost in just a few minutes cake stays in freezer and is ready whenever you need it let cake cool in pan at least 25 minutes before you turn it on to dishtowel can use a cookie sheet but cake will be thinner
