1 1/8 cup flour
6 T. sugar, plus 1/8 cup sugar
6 T. butter
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
6 T. sour cream
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 small eggs or 1 large egg, divided
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup raspberry jam or preserves
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Grease and flour deep pie dish. Combine flour and 6 t.sugar. Cut in butter and mix until crumbly. Save 1 cup of this mixture for later. Add to remaining mixture baking powder and soda, salt, sour cream, extract and egg. Blend well and spread over bottom and up side of dish. Combine cream cheese, 1/8 cup sugar and 1 egg. Pour into dish.Carefully spread jam over cream cheese and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture and almonds. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
