1/2 c margarine
3/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 c milk
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c blueberries tossed with 1 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1/2 cup margarine with 3/4 cup sugar. Add vanilla. Add 2 egg yolks and beat until creamy. Combine flour and baking powder and add alternately with milk to egg yolk mixture. Beat egg whites until soft. Add 1/4 c sugar one tbsp at a time until stiff. Add blueberries to batter. Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased 8" square pan. Sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar over top. Bake 40 minutes at 350.
