24 oz. Dried Black beans
3 lg. Green peppers chopped
4 pc. Garlic diced
2 Bay leaves
6-8 oz. Pure olive oil
2 Tsp. Salt
4 Shakes red wine vinegar
3 Shakes crushed red pepper
3-4 tablespoons Oregano
1 tsp. Cumin

Soak black beans overnight. Wash and rinse first. Put everything in pressure cooker. Fill with water about 3 inches over all ingredients. Put lid and “shake” on pot. When “shaker’ begins to shake, lower heat until shaker stays at slow shake. Cook 45 minute. Let pressure drop of its own accord. When lid is removed, mash beans against side of pot to thicken.
