6TBL BUTTER
1/2 cup onion
1/2 celery
2 bottles claim juice
1 can chicken broth 14 to 16 oz
1 1/2 cup of tomato juice
14 ounce can diced tomatoes
2 TBL dry sherry
1/4 cup barley
1 bay leaf
1 TBL Worchester sire sauce
1 teaspoon old bay
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon tobacco
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lb med. shrimp
1/2 lb crab meat. I use claw

Cook butter onion and celery about 7 minutes. Add clam juice broth tomatoes and tomato juice. Bring to boil. Add next 9 ingredients simmer about 25 minutes. Til barley is Tender. Add shrimp and crab. Cook 4 minutes
