5 eggs
5 C ( 1 pint ) sour cream room temperature
4 ( 8 oz ) cream cheese, room temperature
1 stick of unsalted butter, room temperature
1½ C sugar
2 T cornstarch
1½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 10" springform pan with canola oil. Put oven rack in middle. Preheat oven to 300º.

Beat eggs and sour cream. In another bowl beat cream cheese with butter until smooth. Add this to egg mixture.
Add sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon. Pour into pan.

Fill a roasting pan with and inch of hot water. Take a piece of tin foil and roll into a snake, then make a doughnut out of it.
Place cake pan on top of foil circle. Bake 2 hours and 15 minutes.
