Stovetop chicken and dumplings Recipe

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
2 cans (10 3/4 each) condensed cream of chicken soup.
1 lb frozen vegetables.

1 cup Original Bisquick
1/3 cup mild
1/4 tsp tarragon

Heat oil in a pan over med-high heat.
Cook chicken until brown on each side (about 5 minutes)

Stir in soup and frozen vegetables.

Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.

In another bowl, mix the dumpling ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Drop by the spoonful on top of the chicken mixture. Reduce heat.

Cook uncovered 10 minutes.

Cover and cook until chicken is cooked.
