8-10 medium potatoes
1-8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Dash garlic salt
Chives
Butter
Paparika
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes,drain. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Add hot potatoes and beat until fluffy. If necessary add milk. Season with garlic salt and chives. Put in 2 qt. casserole and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350º for 30 min.
