1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. white sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup honey
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
6 cup torn salad greens
3 avocados peeled, pitted and sliced
30 strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, olive oil, honey, vinegar and lemon juice. Set aside.
Place the salad greens in a bowl, top with sliced avocado and strawberries. Drizzle dressing over everything.
Then sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving, or serve immediately.
