Beef Stroganoff Recipe

1 1/2 lb beef sirloin steak, 1/2 inch thick.
8 oz (2.5 cups) fresh mushrooms, sliced.
1 onion sliced
1clove garlic
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Worchester sauce
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sour cream
3 cup cooked egg noodles.

Cut beef across grain into 1 1/2 inch strips.
Cook mushrooms, onion, garlic, and butter.
Cook beef in same skillet until brown.
Stir in 1 cup broth, salt and Worchester.
Heat to boiling, then cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir remaining broth into flour and stir into beef.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in sour cream and heat until hot (do not boil)
Serve over noodles.
