⅓ cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 pound shrimp
½ cup vermouth or white wine
3 tablespoon lemon juice
⅜ teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoon black pepper
5 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and add the garlic and saute until fragrant. Add shrimp and saute until pink, Remove shrimp.
Pour vermouth or wine into pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 minjute.
Serve over Rice
