1 pkg.(10 oz) frozen red raspberries in syrup, thawed
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c Chambord or other black raspberry liqueur
1 egg
2 T lemon juice
1 cup (6) ice cubes
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from berries into a small saucepan; reserve berries. Sprinkle gelatin over raspberry juce; set aside to soften. Warm over low heat to dissolve gelatin. Transfer to electric blender container. Blend on high speed about 1/2 minute. Add raspberries, liqueur, egg, lemon juice and ice cubes; blend to dissolve cubes. Add sour cream, blend until smooth. Pour into 4 stemmed glasses. Chill until set, 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprig of mint. Serve with a small glass of Chambord on the side if desired. Makes 4 servings.

Note: Bavarian may be frozen if desired. Remove from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
