2 Pints of fresh blueberries
1 lemon
1 cup almond meal or almond flour
1/4 cup chopped macadamia or walnuts
1/4 cups melted butter or coconut oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 pinches of sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F
Place blueberries in a 9 X 9 baking pan, squeeze the juice from 1/2 a lemon over the berries. Toss slightly. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond meal or flour, nuts, melted butter, remaining juice, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Spread nut/flour topping evenly over the berries and bake until the fruit is well cooked/bubbly and topping is golden brown. (Approx 30-40 minute). Enjoy
