Great Meatloaf Recipe

Ginger Proffitt


3 lb Ground Beef
1 small box Grapenut Flakes
cup Onion
2 Eggs, beaten
Pepper and Garlic to taste
1 cup Pancake Syrup
1 cup Catsup
2 Tbsp. Mustard

1. Mix in Ground Beef, Grapenut Flakes, Onions, Eggs, Pepper, and Garlic Salt together in a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl mix Catsup, Mustard, and Pancake Syrup together.
3. Add to meat mixture.
4. Put meat mixture in cast iron skillet or heavy pan.
5. Poke holes in meatloaf with a skewer and pour remaining sauce over meatloaf.
6. Bake for 1 to 2 hours at 350.
7. Drain off fat halfway through baking.
