2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pound green beans, cleaned and tips removed
Michigan salt to taste
1˝ tsp. dried marjoram leaves
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
Water as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a medium skillet over medium -high heat. Add the olive oil. Add the beans and Michigan Salt. Sauté until lightly golden, 3 to 5 minutes. Add the marjoram and garlic, sauté another minute. Add just enough water for moisture, about 3 Tbsp. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook 5 - 15 minutes, or until the beans are the desired tenderness. Uncover and cook until any moisture is evaporated. Serve immediately for hot, but they are also good served at room temperature.
