1 large Turkey, already stuffed with Mrs. Cubbinson's dressing (Follow dressing instruction, but add the following)
Onion
Celery
1 lb Brown Sausage

Turkey:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Place stuffed Turkey, breast up, in the center of greased, wide, heavy foil.
3. Bring ends of foil up over breast; overlap fold and press up against end of Turkey.
4. Place bird in a shallow roasting pan.
5. Open foil for the last 20 minutes to brown Turkey.
7-9 lb.....2 - 2 hours
10-13 lb.....2 - 3 hours
14-17 lb.....3- 3 hours
18-21 lb.....3- 3 hours
22-24 lb..... 3- 3 hours
6. Remove from oven and let stand 20 to 30 minutes before carving, and use dripping for Gravy.
Giblet Gravy:

1. Boil Giblets in saucepan.
2. Drain and cut into pieces, and set aside.
3. Mix 2 Tbsp. drippings with 2 Tbsp. Flour and 1 Tbsp. Butter.
4.Heat and stir until Butter is melted and smooth, and remove from heat.
5. Slowly add 2 cups Milk, stir and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
6.Add Giblets.
7. Simmer until Giblets are heated through.
