3 lbs. frying chicken pieces
1/2 cup margarine ( I use butter now)
2cups Rice Krispies
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt margarine/butter. Roll out Rice Krispies and mix with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in margarine, roll in Rice Krispies mixture. Place on aluminium covered cookie sheet and bake for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
