4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup white sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 pint (1 cup) heavy cream
1/4 pound butter (1 stick)
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Butter or (spray with cooking spray) a 2 qt. baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, white sugar, vanilla, eggs and cream. Blend well, and spread evenly in baking dish.

Prepare topping by combining butter, brown sugar, flour and pecans. Mix until crumbly, and sprinkle over potato mixture.
(can mix topping with fingers or forks, etc.)
