2 cups Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
3 3/4 Confectioner's sugar
4 cups Chocolate Chips, semi sweet
1/4 cup Shortening
1 tsp shortening (optional)
3 cups crispy rice cereal (optional)
1/3 vanilla chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
in a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and butter until blended. Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar.
Stir incereal (optional) Shape into 1" balls. refrigerate until chilled

In a large microwave safe bowl combine chocolate chips and 1/4 cup shortening(optional)
Microwave on high until chips are melted; stir until smooth.
Dip balls into chocolate; place on waxed paper lined pan

ina small microwave safe bowl combine vanilla chips and remaining shortening(optional)
Microwave at 70% power until melted; stir until smooth.

Drizzle over the candies. Refrigerate until set.

(reduced fat peanut butter not recommended)
