3 pkgs mini filo shells
1 can hot Rotel tomatoes, drained almost all the way
1 bag bacon bits
1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix Rotel, bacon bits and mayo until blended. Add in the cheese and stir until well mixed.
Fill shells generously. I have found that there is enough to fill another pkg of mini filo shells, if you want.

Pop in a 350 oven for about 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
