1 lb venison back strap, sliced into ½" circles
1 C diced onions
garlic salt, onion powder and pepper to taste
2 T butter
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T minced garlic

Directions:

Add some oil to a cast iron skillet. Add the diced onions and garlic. Season Medallions with garlic salt, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add to the onions and garlic in pan. When you flip the Medallions over, add the butter and
Worcestershire. Simmer until done.
