8 slices white bread, cubed
1 lb. bulk sausage or cut up links
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
Ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13x9x2 casserole.
Brown sausage.
Beat eggs, dried mustard, milk, salt and pepper.
Place cubed bread in casserole.
Spoon cooked sausage over bread.
Pour egg mixture over sausage.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar over casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes.
