1 lb bulk sausage
1 lb venison, cut and cubed, or burger
1 lb ground beef
2 C onion, diced
1 C green pepper, diced
1 C red pepper, diced
¼ C celery, diced
garlic to taste
3 Large jalapénos, seeded and diced
⅓ C cornmeal chili powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp pepper
salt and pepper to taste
2 (15.5 oz) cans chopped tomatoes
2 C beef broth
2 C black beans, rinsed and drained

Brown meat and drain it. Throw everything into a crock pot on high for four hours or low for eight.
