lb. ground beef; Deer burger works well with this recipe also
lb sausage
Large onion, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
8 oz shredded mozzarella, or shredded cheddar, plus extra for top if desired
C bread crumbs
1 egg
18 giant shells
1 (24 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
C Parmesan cheese
salt, pepper, parsley, and oregano, and italian seasoning to taste

1. Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain and cool.

2. Cook shells about fifteen minutes. Drain.

3. Into meat mixture stir in cheese, bread crumbs, egg and seasonings.

4. Spread of the jar of sauce in the bottom of a 13x9" baking dish.

5. Stuff shells and place them into baking dish on top of the sauce.

6. Pour reaming sauce over the shells. and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7. Cover with tin foil and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
