1-2 lbs. hamburger
4-5 medium potatoes, diced
1/2 c chopped onion
2 cans creamed corn
1 can beef broth
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble the hamburger meat up in a large pan or skillet and cook until done. Drain the oil from the pan and add the potatoes, corn, beef broth and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender.
