1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 bananas, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour one or two loaf pans and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In one bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, ans sugar. Mix in eggs, butter, and bananas until well combined. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
