1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar
3 egg yolks
5 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, egg yolks, and vanilla. Stir in the flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter until well blended. Heat a crepe pan over medium heat until the air over it is hot. Coat with vegetable oil if pan is not non-stick. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter into the pan and tip too spread batter to the edges. When bubbles form on the top and edges, and the edges become dry, flip over until lightly browned on the other side and edges are golden. Repeat with remaining batter. Fill with any fruit, cream, or ice cream you desire.
