2 Large Cabbage Heads
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Pounds Hamburger or Meatloaf Mix
1 Finely Chopped Onion, Cooked Until Soft
1 Clove Garlic- Crushed
1 Egg
1 Cup Cooked Rice
4-5 Cans Tomato Soup
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Marjoram
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Core and cook cabbage in a pot of water until tender; for about an hour. Put in vinegar and sugar. Mix the meat, onion, garlic, egg, rice, salt, pepper and 1 can of tomato soup together, add the thyme and marjoram if wanted. Put the cooked cabbage leaves on the bottom of a roasting pan. Place about a tablespoon of the meat mixture in a leaf of cabbage, fold, and place each one on top of each other. Pour 3-4 cans of tomato soup over the pigs in a blanket and then cover with more leaves. Cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
