1 Turkey breast
1 stick butter
1 small bottle white wine
Pam spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove turkey from wrapper and rinse thoroughly. Pat dry.
2. Place on spit for rotisserie (or place in roaster if cooking in oven)
3. Spray with Pam.
4. Melt butter and pour wine into saucepan. Stir well. Using a baster, inject the turkey all over the breast.
5. Roast for the length of time recommended on the package (will vary depending on the size of the turkey).
6. Every 30 -35 minutes, inject the turkey all over.
7. When cooking time is complete, baste one last time.
8. Allow turkey to rest about 15 minutes before slicing.
