Bake ham per directions on package (usually about 8-10 minutes per pound). Place in a large roaster and cook at 350F with the cut end down. About 20 minutes before the ham is done, remove from oven and turn cut side up. Place pineapple slices across the cut side and secure with toothpicks. Place a cherry inside each pineapple slice. Mix the cloves and brown sugar into the juice from the pineapple slice can and baste the ham across the cut side and down the sides. Place back into oven and complete cooking. Remove from oven and baste with remaining liquid mixture. Let sit for about 15 minutes before slicing.
