1 Package Ziti Noodles
3 Cups Pasta Sauce, Homemade or Store Bought
1 Egg
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 3/4 Cups Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon Oregano Leaves
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes

Directions:

Pre-Heat oven to 375 Degrees. Cook pasta according to package (or for 9 minutes). In a large bowl, stir together hot pasta, 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce, both cheeses, the parsley, oregano, garlic salt, salt, pepper, and egg. In a 13x9x2 inch baking dish, spoon pasta mixture evenly and top with remaining 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until "hot and bubbly'.
