1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Pound Meatloaf Mix
2 Cups Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Minced Green Pepper
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon White Horseradish
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Minced Onion
1 1/4 Teaspoons Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs lightly with a fork and gently mix the meat, breadcrumbs, onion and pepper in with the eggs. Add horseradish, salt, dry mustard, milk and ketchup into the mix. Combine well. shape into an oval loaf and put in loaf pan. Spread top with ketchup if wanted, and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Remove meatloaf and unload onto a plate.
