Roasting chicken
Pillsbury biscuit dough
Salt and pepper
1 cup water or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Place chicken in a roasting pan, and season generously inside and out with salt and pepper. Add water or chicken broth
Bake uncovered 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven, to a minimum internal temperature of 180º
Remove chicken from pan; Cut biscuit dough in quarters and put into pan with broth. Put back in oven and cook for 20 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
