Saltine Crackers
1 cup Butter
1 cup Brown sugar
1 bag Ghiradelli Milk chocolate chips
1 bag Slivered Almonds
1 bag Crushed Pecans
Sea salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400°
Cover cookie sheet with foil and spray with PAM
Line sheet with Saltines
Simmer butter and whisk in brown sugar for 2 mins
Pour golden caramel onto saltines & spread evenly
Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel & cover with foil 5 mins
Remove foil cover
Chocolate will be melted - spread evenly
Sprinkle almonds, pecans & sea salt on top
Freeze
Break bark into bite sized pieces
Enjoy!

I found this recipe online while living in NY and put a spin on it to make it my own. It has since won first place in the “Sweet” category of my job’s “Sweet n Savory” competition in 2017 and become a holiday favorite.
