2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. sour cream
1 envelope Knorr's veggie soup mix (mince veggies in chopper)
Salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients except meat. Add in raw meat, place in bread pan. Cook 1 hour, let stand.

You can substitute French Onion soup mix for the Vegetable soup mix (It was a trick learned to sneak the girl's extra vegetables).
