1 Stick Butter or Margarine
8 oz. container of French Onion Dip
2 cans Cream of Chicken Sou[
10 medium potatoes cubed, parboiled
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crushed
1 medium onion chopped
Milk
8 oz swiss cheese, shredded

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Turn crockpot on low, Add margarine, dip, soup and 2 cans milk.
While this is warming, fry bacon. Discard most of bacon grease and fry onion until soft.
Add to crockpot. Add parboiled potatoes. Fill remainder of crockpot with milk.
Sprinkle cheese on when serving



I use cooking pot on stove. After parboiling potatoes, drain then add soup, milk, dip, butter, fried onions and crushed bacon. I usually use 10 lb. bag potatoes.
