1.5 Cups bow tie pasta
2 T butter
2 Cloves Garlic
2 t basil
1/2 package cream cheese, softened and cut into small cubes
1/2 C sun dried tomatoes re hydrated, rinsed, drained and chopped
1 C milk
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t salt
1 C chicken, cooked and cubes

Directions:
Cook pasta. In skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring the whole time. Add basil. Add cream cheese and milk, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Stir in tomatoes. Keep cooking and stir until blended and sauce like. Stir in Parmesan, pepper and salt. Cook until cheese is melted. Mix in chicken and serve over noodles.
