¼ c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Buttermilk
2 c. flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Greased 9x13 pan

Directions:
Directions:
MIx together sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla together in mixer bowl and beat until creamy.
Mix together flour, salt, soda, and baking pwd. in another bow.
Mix dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately with the creamy mixture in mixing bowl.
Pour ½ of batter into pan. MIx 4 TB. Sugar and 1 tsp. Cinnamon . Sprinkle ½ over battter in pan. Add rest of batter- sprinkle the top with remaining sugar mixture.
Bake wat 350º for 30-35 min.
Cool slightly. Poke holes the top of cake with a fork. Drizzle with glaze made from 1c. pwd. sugar blended with a few TB of hot water.

If you do not have buttermilk on hand, pour tsp. of lemon juice into cup measure and top with milk to make 1 cup. Let sit until it starts to curdle to the top.

I check this cake at 25 min.
