2 C unbleached all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp, Kosher salt
1 tsp. unsalted butter (very cold)
1 C buttermilk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees

combine dry ingredients in a bowl

cut butter into chunks and cut into the flour mixture until it resembles course meal

Add buttermilk.....and mix just till combined

(if dry add little bit more buttermilk; should be very wet)

Turn the dough onto the flour board

gently pat the dough out to 1/2 inch thick

use a round cutter to cut into rounds

Bake 8 to10 min. until they are risen and golden brown
