2 boxes chocolate fudge cake mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs

Icing:
1/2 pkg cream cheese
1 can vanilla icing
(Or you can just use the Betty Crooker brand cream cheese icing).
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 3 ingredients, roll into small balls and press on cookie sheets, or drop from cookie scoop. Bake on convection at 350ºF for about 10 minuets, check on them every now and then so they don’t get to crispy.
