12 egg roll wrappers
1 c. cooked, shredded chicken
2/3 c. Franks Buffalo Sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 c. dry broccoli saw or coleslaw
small cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. In medium bowl, combine chicken, hot sauce, and cheese. Lay eggroll wrappers on a clean, dry surface, laying in a diamond shape. In bottom corner of "diamond", put 1 Tbsp slaw, 2 Tbsp chicken mix. roll Bottom corner over and wrap-burrito style, folding in the side corners partway through wrapping. Seal top corner of wrapped roll by dampening edges with water. place on creased cookie sheet, spray each roll with some cooking spray, and bake 12-15 minutes.
