4 oz | yeast
2 qts | warm milk
4 lb | seedless raisens
2 lb | cut up citron
5 tsp | baking powder
2 tsp | salt
9 cup | sugar
7 | eggs beaten
2 gallon | mazola oil
10 sifters of flour
Warm water
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:

Mix ingredients well until dough is bubbly. Stir well and let rise again. Heat oil until it will brown a piece of bread. Drop dough by spoonful using 2 spoons. Brown and turn until golden. Brown and drain on paper.
