cup | butter
1 cup | brown sugar
2 TBLS | water
12 oz | bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 | eggs
2 cup | flour
tsp | salt
1 tsp | soda
1 package | Andes Mint

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together butter, brown sugar and water. Add chocolate chips and stir till melted. Let stand 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Chill dough for at least an hour. Roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately place Andes Mint in the middle of the chocolate cookie. While melting, swirl top of cookie with a spoon.
