1 1/2 lb. Brussel sprouts , trimmed and cut in half
4 oz. bacon
1/4 c. good olive oil
kosher salt and ground pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
400 preheat oven
pLace sprouts on cookie sheet including some of the loose leaves, add te bacon thatnhas been diced small, add olive oil, 1 1/2 tsps. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper
toss with hands and lay out singly.
roast for 200-30 min. til tender and nicely browned, bacon should be crrisp.
You should toss once during cooking.
Remove from oven and immedistely drizzle balsamoc vinegar and toss again.
TAste for seasonings and serve.hot.
