POTATO SALAD

4 large potatoes

3 hard boded eggs

1 cup mayo

3 Tbs mustard (yellow)

2 Tbs vinegar, maybe a little more

tis salt, pepper

Sprinkle of dill, celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes into small pieces and boil until barely soft

2. Boil eggs, cut into small pieces when cooled

3. Combine: mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, celery seed and dill. Mix well and taste; add anything you think it needs

4. Add to potatoes and eggs.

5. Refrigerate until ready to serve
