1.8 kg Pork Back Ribs
4 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp packed Brown Sugar
2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Garlic Powder
tsp Salt
tsp Pepper

1 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp fancy Molasses
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into 2-3 rib portions.
In a large bowl whisk together first 7 ingredients,
add ribs and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8-24 hrs.

In 7qt. slow cooker stir together remaining ingredients and
stir in cup water.Add ribs and toss to coat.
Arrange ribs overlapping slightly in bottom of slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low ribs are tender but not falling apart (4hrs)

Using slotted spoon remove ribs to a platter and tent with foil.
Skim fat from surface of cooking liquid through fine mesh sieve
into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium and
simmer stirring occasionally until thickened and reduce to about
1 cup. (10-12 minutes) Spoon over ribs. Enjoy.
