6 medium cucumbers (cut in strips)
3 medium onions (thinly sliced)
1 Green Pepper (optional)
1 Red Pepper (optional)
¼ cup Coarse Salt
2 cups White or Cider Vinegar
2 cups White Sugar
2 tsp Celery Seed
2 tsp Mustard Seed
½ tsp Tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cucumbers in strips. Combine in large bowl with peppers, onions and salt
Soak in ice water 3 hours, adding ice as it melts. Drain well.
In large saucepan combine rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Simmer 5 mins. Add veggies and return to a boil.
Bottle, cover with liquid. Seal and enjoy.
