1½ Cup Butter
4 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
5 Cups Flour
2tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

In mixer, mix the butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.

Add 1/3 of the dry ingredients at a time to the mixing bowl with the butter egg mixture.

Once dough is well mixed, chill the dough for one hour in refrigerator.

Once chilled, take dough and place on floured surface

Roll flat about ⅛ inch thick

Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place on greased cookie sheet

Bake for 6-8 minutes


Cookie Icing

3 Cups Powdered Sugar
3 TBPS Water

Mix and add food coloring
